Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping for all orders within Sweden.
We aim to deliver your order within 5-8 working days.
Once your order is packed and ready for delivery, we will send you an email with a tracking number. With this number, you can easily track your package and stay up to date on its delivery status.
To ensure that your package is delivered quickly and reliably, we collaborate with PostNord, DHL and UPS.
We currently offer deliveries within Sweden via our website. If you wish to place an order outside of Sweden, please contact us.
Order and payment
Once your payment has been processed, we will send an order confirmation to your email address. If you have not received the confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us and we will assist you.

Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Initiate a return : Log in to your account on our website, go-clean.se, with the email address used when ordering. Then click on return and follow the step-by-step instructions to initiate your return.
- Return Instructions : After you have initiated your return, we will review your case and get back to you with instructions on how to proceed with returning the product. Our team strives to respond as quickly as possible to make the process simple and smooth.
- Return shipping : When returning, ensure that the product is properly packaged and protected to avoid damage during transport.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. It may take up to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
